kc_leung SG I agree. Otherwise the bus can't get from Toa Payoh to PIE (Changi) at all. All PIE (Changi)-bound buses travel via Kim Keat Rd which enters PIE before Siong Lim temple and St. Andrew's school. Therefore, they all serve those 2 bus stops.
SGEMP SG From what I observed so far, I think the following will happen: 1) svc 59 will continue from Kaki Bukit Ave 1 into Bdk Reservoir road and thence continue into Tampines Ave 2. 2) and so svc 59 would probably pass through my Damai Secondary School. Is all this likely since it does (according to the press release) NOT deviate into Bdk Nth Rd Extn unlike the 15 and 58? I sincerely hope that this new service 59 could pass thru my school......... so that after school I can go to TPY or BIS for joyriding.........................and of course grab some 50-series BIS service guides.
SGEMP SG Mainly to assist service 9. Because from what I observe (I always in SIMEI for Canton Kitchen Hong Kong style dinner) service 9 if it uses single deckers it would be FULL after Eastpoint, and QUITE FULL if double deckers are used.
